This course covers the core concepts of computer science fundamentals at an accelerated pace. This course blends online, self-guided, and self-paced tutorials with unplugged activities that require no computer at all. Students will create computer programs that help them learn to collaborate with others, develop problem-solving skills, and create interactive games or stories they can share.
The course is built for those students with no knowledge of computer science. It is a first step to an endless world of discoveries. By the end of the course, the students will have knowledge of topics such as computational thinking, algorithms, functions, conditionals, and abstraction.
