Science
Cub Creek Science Camp – Cub Creek Science Camp offers an incredible program for kids who love nature, crafts, adventure, and science. Because, in addition to all the animals, we have many other exciting Science Camp and Adventure Camp activities, including; Archery, Cooking, Crime Science, Crafts, Survival Skills and Zip-lines, just to name a few.
Rolla USGS Center – The Rolla USGS is home to the National Geospatial Technical Operations Center, the Missouri Water Science Center, the National Spatial Data Infrastructure Partnership Office Liaisons, and the Rolla Science Information Services office. Employees at this location provide customers with geospatial, geographic, water, biologic and geologic products; science; data; and research, along with offering partnerships and contracting opportunities for local, state, federal, and private entities. You may visit the Rolla USGS between 8 am and 3 pm Monday through Friday. Groups of 10 or more people, please call in advance for scheduling

Mark Twain National Forest Encompassing 1.5 million acres of beautiful public land in 29 counties in Missouri, Mark Twain National Forest maintains a healthy, working forest and restores Missouri’s natural communities.

Onondaga Cave State Park Descend into the depths of Onondaga Cave State Park and drop into a world of wonder: towering stalagmites, dripping stalactites, and active flowstones help make the cave a National Natural Landmark and illustrate why Missouri is often called “The Cave State.”
Ed Clark Museum of Missouri Geology – Rolla The museum displays minerals and fossils found in the state. It is located at the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, Division of Geology and Land Survey.
Missouri Department of Conservation MDC protects and manages Missouri’s fish, forest, and wildlife resources. We also facilitate your participation in resource-management activities, and we provide opportunities for you to use, enjoy and learn about nature.
Arts
Arts Rolla! Arts Rolla is a regional not-for-profit organization founded in 1985. Arts Rolla brings art and communities together by supporting and growing visual, literary, and performing arts.
Fine Linen Theatre Fine Linen Theatre produces outstanding community theatre with auditions open to the public!
Leach Theatre Missouri S&T Leach Theatre brings outstanding out-of-town performing artists to the Rolla community.
Rolla Choral Arts Society Rolla Choral Arts Society performs outstanding pieces under the direction of Artistic Director, Jeff Sandquist. The Society supports programs for Young Singers, Rolla Childrens Community Choir, Rolla Men of Song, Rolla Community Choir and a Jazz Choir. Performances throughout the year.
Ozark Actors Theatre Ozark Actors Theatre, one of two equity theatres in Missouri, presents a number of outstanding performances throughout the year including a three-show summer season, a fall production and a variety of other performances at the Cedar Street Playhouse.
Lyric Live Theatre Live theater in Newburg, Missouri. Scheduled events include drama, music, variety and special shows by guest artists. The theater building is on the National Register of Historic Places.
Missouri S&T Free Film Festival The local community is invited to view new and classic films at no cost during Missouri University of Science and Technology’s 2016 Free Fall Film Festival. The University offers this free film festival in the Spring and Fall.
