Paint, adding with glue, and using nails with string are just a few. That’t why we decided to see just how creative our community can be with a No Carve Pumpkin Contest. Starting to day and running until Halloween, contestants can drop off their pumpkins at Kaleidoscope Discovery Center on weekdays between 8am and 5pm. Contestants will be given a Contestant number and displayed in the front windows of KDC.
Pumpkins will be divided into three ‘age’ groups: Youth, 0-12, Adult, 13+, and Family, mixed ages. One contestant from each group will be rewarded a free ticket to November’s ESTEAM Saturdays, S is for Science. Voting will take place in the entry way at KDC from 5-7 on Halloween during Boo-Palooza, and winners will be announced on November 1st. When you come to vote, don’t forget to check FTC’s robotic skills, and get some candy too![/et_pb_text][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=”3.3.1″][et_pb_column type=”4_4″ _builder_version=”3.3.1″ parallax=”off” parallax_method=”on”][et_pb_gallery posts_number=”5″ _builder_version=”3.3.1″ gallery_ids=”3226,3227,3228,3229,3230″][/et_pb_gallery][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][/et_pb_section]
